• Contact Data: Mobile phone number.
• Financial & Payment Data: Bank account number, Bank IFSC code, and UPI ID (used solely for distributing cash rewards and payout redemptions).
• Proof of Purchase Data: Images of purchase invoices/bills submitted for verification and point accrual.

B. Automatically Collected Data

• Device Identification: Unique Device Identifiers (UDID/Android ID), OS version, device model.
• Usage Data: App crash logs, system activity, timestamp of actions.
• Network Data: IP address and network connection state.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Account Creation & Verification: To verify contractor identity and perform KYC checks.
• Reward Processing & Payouts: To disburse cashback directly to your UPI or Bank Account and calculate loyalty points.
• Invoice Validation: To verify purchase invoices from authorized dealers.
• Push Notifications: To alert you about status updates, lucky draw results, and scratch card unlocks via OneSignal.
• Security & Support: To prevent fraud, ensure security, and provide customer support.

3. Device Permissions

• Camera & Gallery Access: Required for capturing or uploading photos of invoices and your profile picture.
• Notifications: Required to deliver push notifications regarding rewards and transactions.
• Internet: Required to connect securely with our backend servers.

4. Sharing of Information

We do NOT sell or rent your personal information. Data is shared strictly with trusted operational service providers:

• OneSignal: For sending push notification alerts.
• Banking & Payment Partners: For processing direct UPI/Bank cashback payouts.
• Cloud Hosting Providers: For secure database storage.

5. Data Security

We implement bank-grade encryption in transit (HTTPS / TLS) and strict access controls to safeguard your financial details and personal information.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is intended strictly for contractors and craftsmen aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

7. Account & Data Deletion Rights

You have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.

To request account deletion, email us at axiomlaminates@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" along with your registered mobile number. We will permanently erase your data within 30 days, except where law requires retention for tax/audit compliance.
